To celebrate Graton’s support for the city, Rohnert Park’s Community Services Department hosted a special “Community Day” celebration, which included a included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and unveiling as well as free games, arts and crafts, and food for community members.
Graton Resort & Casino is also providing care for local seniors, funding a new eight-passenger van which will transport approximately 160 seniors at the Rohnert Park Senior Center to medical appointments and recreational opportunities throughout the city. Thanks to Graton Resort & Casino, young children and families at Eagle Park will now have access to new play equipment, including a slide, crawl tunnel and swings. Graton Resort & Casino’s funding has provided new equipment in Rohnert Park’s Eagle Park playground, which was in need of replacement due to age and deterioration.
